Yes, it is a garage and may not be spotless but there is no excuse not to keep it clean

I lived there for about 4 years.
It started bad and got worse. When I first moved in, the unit we moved into was FILTHY. When I argued about it, the ignored me.
The management staff is the worst I have ever had to deal with, and I have lived in a lot of apartments in the last 20 years!
Maintenance was the best thing about it... they did fix things if needed.
I would not recommend that anyone live at 'The Place' unless they are desperate.
And if you must live there, stay away from the laundry rooms!
