I miss living here! 24 hour pool, snow plow every day, maintance right away! The people here are nice and very considerate of you. The pricing is good. Every apartment has its flaws untill you move into the wrong place! Plymouth Oaks is the very best place that I've ever moved to...and now regret that I'm not living there anymore because the place I'm living at really sucks! The office people don't even care about us! Snow is never plowed on a timely matter! Nor are the pot holes filled to maintain the driveways! We are not allowed to keep dogs here! But at Plymouth Oaks, yes you are! The funny thing is, there are still dogs here, and they pooh where ever there is grass! No walking area for them! I really miss Plymouth Oaks! We get our complaints handled right away, unlike Montreal Courts located in Little Canada! If you are thinking of staying at Plymouth Oaks or are planning to...go for it! Don't move to Montreal Courts located at little Canada! They really suck A**! And they sucker you in and leave you hanging!

There are a lot of better places in Plymouth... Keep looking and consider Plymouth Oaks only as a last resort. If you have fairly low expectations, you may be satisfied.

um yea as we once said if you is living here you is a foo cuz plymouth oaks is a f *ck.ing cesspool and if you is living here you is f *c.ked cuz plymouth oaks is a f *cki.ng dump so i think maybe avoid plymouth jokes unless you are looking to start up a meth lab and get your car vandalized

I agree with all of the negative responses given here. I lived at Plymouth Oaks (or "Jokes"--I like that one) for five years, and I can say for the last three years the property has definitely taken a turn for the worst. Dozens of vehicles there have been vandalized (including mine); fire alarms going off at least twice per week (it got so bad until it would take the Fire dept at least 20 min to arrive); the other 5 days per week there would be no hot water or no water at all (that is only a slight exaggeration); dog ---- all over because people are too damn lazy to pick up after their pets; major electrical issues which caused the huge fire there in July; and countless other issues. In my humble opinion, that property is being used by the owner to oppress its tenants and provide cash flow to finance his other development projects. If you are reading these responses in hopes of finding a good recommendation and a reason to move there, you're looking at the wrong apartment complex. Please, turn your head and keep looking...it will be the best decision you'll ever make. RUN AWAY!!!

yeah i agree whth all the responses i wish someone told me how bad is was when i moved in i think this person that said Friendly place very considerate is very wrong and it was most likley Mindy the rude manager
