Take all these reviews into consideration before you sign the lease!

I'm fairly positive that the management at Plymouth Oaks are the only people writing the "good" reviews. There's no way anyone who actually lives there could have anything positive to say about the complex itself. The area was nice/convenient but that's really the only plus side to the building.
First i'd like to say that I lived in this crap infested ghetto for a few years and only recently got out. Three months ago to be exact.
I feel bad for anyone else in my situation who didn't have the means to move out as soon as they realized what they'd gotten into.
The building is disgusting. The whole place smells like dog urine, there's dog crap on the lawn and sidewalks all the time. The hallways leading to the garage smell like a toilet because all the drunks use it as a urinal. People who are too lazy to walk their dogs let them crap in those same hallways. Tread carefully.
The elevators are no different. I came home once at 3am and got into the elevator to find a man peeing in the corner. He apologized and stumbled out leaving me to smell his hot piss. Awesome.
There are NO caretakers for the north end of the complex. The south end has a wonderful caretaker (the only worthwhile employee), but they can't keep anyone on the north end. While I was there I saw at least 5 different people pretending to vaccuum and clean the building/grounds. They only vaccuum once every couple weeks, leaving debris and garbage cluttering the hallways...and if you call to complain they don't send anyone out to clean it up unless they're showing an apartment on that floor and might have to walk past it.
The apartments are decently sized, but they're full of mechanical and safety problems. My apartment had black mold under the carpet because of a rain storm that took out the STORM windows. My whole bedroom along the window was drenched and they never fixed it. There was mold in the bathroom that no amount of bleach products could kill. The sink exploded once and they never replaced/fixed any of the wood cabinetry that was ruined. My roommate and I both got sick with the same symptoms, I saw a doctor and they said they could tell from what i'd told him it was mold exposure. I've sinced moved and i'm feeling 100% better.
The employees don't give a rat's @ss about the complex. They're just in it for the money. Complete slumlords who only do what they're supposed to do if you kiss their butts. No thanks. They don't fix things, they don't help out, they don't take complaints seriously, they don't maintain the building.
The laundry rooms are a joke, you spend $6 on one load because the dryers don't work.
The storage lockers are not secure. You can open all of them by simply pull forward on the knob. I know...mine was broken into 4 times.
The garages are supposed to be camera monitored, however when my car was broken into (which was parked directly in line of the camera) they couldn't "get the tape to work". Bullcrap. They just don't have video, and they certainly don't have anyone watching the camera. So what's the point'
The list goes on and on, but I won't.
I'm simply saying that if you have $800 to spend on rent, spend it somewhere else. Renting is always a crap-shoot, but if you have an option STAY THE HELL AWAY from Plymouth Oaks. They'll suck you dry and leave you with mice infestations, mold illnesses, ------ neighbors, smelly hallways, and awful management.
If you want to live in Plymouth, move a few miles west of 169 where the apartments are actually worth that kind of money.

Too bad you could not afford your rent and were evicted as a result! Will you write bad reviews of all the places that evict you? Tho what you describe is NOT a description of the Plymouth Oaks Apt.s I reside in, I am sure it is a pretty accurate description of the place you deserve to live in. Please stay there and away from any civilized Apt. Communities!

I'm halfway glad that I somehow ended up with response reminder emails on this thing.
I was never evicted and I paid my rent on time every month, which is why I felt like I deserved to move into a better complex. I have an apartment that I love, with great employees, great neighbors, and caretakers that actually maintain the property. A good number of the residents here have lived in this complex for 15 years.
How many residents of Plymouth Oaks live there for more than a year? I'd actually be curious to see the statistics for that because I would bet money that 90% of the people who sign a year lease move out as soon as that lease is over.
It's obvious you're an employee of that hell-hole, because no regular renter would resort to slander and bad mouthing simply because you disagree with a review written almost a year ago. How about you stop reading the negative reviews on this site and go do your job instead. :p
