the good and the bad

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I am currently living at plymouth oaks, I have lived at many other apartments so I feel I can give a just and honest review.
The Good:
Pet Friendly- I have two dogs and they love the dog park that is at plymouth oaks.
Afforable- I think this place is affordable since the economy is so bad at this moment.
There is one lady in the office who is VERY helpful, I dont know her name but not all the office staff are jerks.
Location- right on 169 which i take to work so for me I enjoy being close to the highway, it saves me time.
The Bad
For some reason the water gets turned off like once every other week it seems. I am not sure why this is.
The parking lot is not well lit which can be some what scary when walking to and from your car at night.
The dryers are Horriable, It takes two times in the dryer for your clothes to get dried-even if you only put a couple shirts in the dryer.
So as with most apartments there are good points and bad points. Also diffrent ppl look for diffrent things in apartments. For me plymouth oaks work because its in the right location, its in my price range and i can have my dogs here. But for others I can see that this apartment would not be right for them.
