I wanted to tell you that this place sucks. PLEASE READ ALL OF THESE BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO SIGN A LEASE! This is the worse property that I have lived in. They obvisouly only care about the money. Prime example the washer and dryer take's like 5.00 to wash and half that to dry. The maintenance staff sucks. They are about as knowledgeable as a 2 yr old. I some times wonder what it takes to be a maintenance person with this company. The office manager is a ----- it's evident her daddy runs the property any where else she would of been fired. To those of you who have mold in your unit if it's not fixed you can legally stick your money in escrow (call minnesota multi housing association) MHA) and they can't file on you or charge you a late fee. You have to give them 14 days to fix it. Then you can escrow your money instead of paying there dumb asses. If any of you have any questions please feel free to contact me some where in this dump. P.S. To those of you who have children cince the doors are not controlled access please watch them. There was an adult who came to use the pool and was caught MASTERBATING in the pool. Not child friendly. Please stay clear of this property and also her sisters property 4 seasons. Check out her reviews. Till then happy rent hunting. Oh by the way if ya can't tell I don't recomend this crap hole.

GoodBye and Good riddance!! Judging by your spelling you lack education. Go back to school in the meantime please do us all a favor and restrict where you live to the GHETTO where you belong (irrespective of your race).
