I have lived at Plymouth Oaks for eight (8) years...the experience has been EXCELLENT!!! From the owner, property manager and the entire staff...they
bend over backwards to keep the renters satisfied and happy. Maintenance
problems are handled quickly and efficiently. Snow is removed from the
parking lot in a timely manner, so that renters may go to work with little
difficulty. The hallways are clean as well as the laundry rooms.
Management strives to rent to high quality people, if that proves not to be
the case they resolve the situation quickly. In my opinion, some of the
negative postings here are from people who did not pay their rent on time,
were trouble makers, played loud music or their dogs were barking at all
hours and management had every right to call them on their behavior.
If you play it straight with management, they will play it straight with you.
I recommend Plymouth Oaks highly, and I just might stay another eight (8) years.

Lol you are such a liar! That place is such crap its unreal. All people have to do is pull into that dump and see its not high quality people living there. If they got rid of all the -------- that stuff 20 people into a 2 bedroom and made an attempt to be clean and not have half there property out on there balcony and all over the complex grass it may be different. Or playing there lousy music at all hour of the night with there big strobe light outside when your trying to sleep it may change. The hallways on the other hand stink like dog piss and are nasty dirty. i threw up once in the hallway and it did not get cleaned for over a month. its sickening. And those laundry rooms talk about ick. All you see is nasty lint all over the place and the washers and dryers dont work whatsoever. so its nice to see you work for the complex and want a good name for your place. But sorry you will have to knock the place down and rebuild for that to happen. The Management there is terrible. You have a drunk blonde bimbo for a manager who does not know her butt from the wall and is rude.

So you puke up bodily fluids and leave it for someone else to clean up and accordind to you it took a month. You ever think of cleaning it up yourself or alerting staff to the bio hazard you created. Inconsiderate moron's like you are the reason mankind suffers. OMFG I pray that you do not actully still live here.
