I have been living here for a few months and I am NOT impressed. The garage doors don't always close (so anyone can have access to it...) Then sometimes when I leave for work in the morning, the garage door will not open and I'm stuck in there. - The secured door leading from the building to the garage was broken for almost a week, so it was left open and unlocked. - There has been an incident involving someone slashing people's tires in the parking lot (at least 5 vehicles) No signs were put up to warn people not to park in that area of the lot, and quite frankly I think the residents should have been notified. - The carpet in the hallways is disgusting with stains from people's dogs peeing on the floor. I pay almost a grand a month to live here, so I think the least they could do is clean the carpets! (Especially on the stairs leading to the garage.) - I also have mites in my kitchen and cannot figure out where they are coming from. They have been there since I moved in. - The fire alarm was pulled around midnight one night and after they shut it off, it kept coming back on. (Not my idea of a good night's sleep when I have to work in the morning) Why aren't the fire alarms more secure' - I also do not appreciate the drunk people screaming in the parking lot at 4:00 in the morning.
I will be moving as soon as my lease is up.

May I also add-

My roommate's car was broken into in the garage and things were stolen out of it. He went to the office to report it and they said they would go over to video footage (because supposedly the cameras int he garage work)they said they would call when they found anything. 2 weeks went by and nothing was said about it, so he went back down to the office and they said they went over the footage and didn't find anything at all. First of all, I highly doubt they actually took the time to go over it, and second, they could've at least called to let us know. The staff here SUCKS! On another note- Living here in the winter is not good either. I had to miss work yesterday because they didn't plow the parking lot until almost 10 in the morning (I leave for work at 7.) I tried getting out of the parking lot, but got stuck several times. Today I was an hour late because they didn't salt OR sand the parking lot so I could not get up the hill to leave. My boyfriend had to come and push my car up the hill for me. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! This place is a ---- hole.
