Good luck if you have noisy neighbors.

My boyfriend lived here with his mom in the mid-90s and loved it so we were excited to move here. Things had apparently gone downhill since then.
The management was great at first but after signing our lease they changed and the new staff was quite incompetent.
For the first 6 months there was some sort of wrestling tournament in the apt above ours judging by the sound, but the management wasn't able to get it to stop. Once those people moved out we had noise problems from the new neighbor next door. After we received a hostile response from attempts to ask him to be quiet we went to the manager who told us that it was their policy to not get involved in situations like that.
Like the other reviewer, we had parking issues. The spaces are small and when the person in the space next to mine got a large pickup I often had to crawl in the other side of the car to the driver's side.
Great area and decent apartments.
If you have a cell phone only you can't be on the door buzzer system.
