When I toured the model apartment and grounds I was impressed and the staff was friendly. The day I moved in I was unhappy. The carpet was stained in the living room, bedroom and dining area. Also the door to the laundry room was off and the garbage disposal didn't work. (BTW, they fixed it 11 months later and left a puddle under the sink.) As time went on I became even unhappier. In the winter its either too hot or too cold in the apt and in the summer the bedroom is hot and stuffy. I ended up moving my bed into the living room so I wouldn't die of heat. Also, don't think of opening windows on nice days cause there are a lot of smokers and it will come right into the apt. Also, the maintenance people will come in without any notice. Lastly the power goes out on average of once a month and fire alarms have gone off in the middle of the night 3 times. Im sure I'm missing some downsides to living here. A few positives are that it has a washer and dryer in the unit and I like the layout. I'm just happy to be leaving here soon especially since the rent is going up $25 a month!
