WHEN WE MOVED HERE,IT WAS VERY NICE!! BUT NOW THAT WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR TWO 1/2 YRS.THINGS ARE NOT SO NICE ANYMORE. MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE!!! MAINTENENCE DON'T FIX THINGS WHEN THEY ARE ASKED TO.THE POWER HAS GONE OFF AT LEAST 3 TIMES IN THE PAST YEAR. CARS IN THE GARAGE GET BROKEN INTO.THERE'S JUST TOO MANY RULES& REGULATIONS FOR THIS APT. IF YOU LIVE HERE THEY MIGHT WHAT YOU TO HAVE A PARKING PERMIT TO PARK YOUR CAR OUTSIDE, WHY!!!! IF YOU WANT TO SIGN ANOTHER YRS. LEASE , THINK AGAIN!! THEY WILL JUST INCREASE YOUR RENT TO $50 MORE!! PER MONTH.

umm...power going out is not the apartment complex's fault....it's called the power lines or an electtical substation went down. And of course there are rules and regulations -- those are needed when you have a group of people living in the same area. And I can understand why they want the parking permits, so they can make sure residents have parking.
