I am a resident - not a staff member of Plymouth Ponds. I really don't see what all the bashing is all about. I have lived at Plymouth Ponds since April 2007 and have not had any issues with them. My maintenance requests have been taken care of right away and done right. My power has never gone off. The staff has always been really friendly towards me and my son, so I really don't see what people are talking about. I am respectful and pay my rent on time - maybe this has something with them being respectful towards me. I have really great neighbors and have never had any noise complaints. I never hear either of them. I have a beautiful view of a large pine tree and woods outside my patio. In the summer I get to see a lot of birds and wildlife and even deer pass right outside my door. I don't know if my rent will go up in April, so I can't comment on that quite yet.

A couple of cons. There is no storage - I have to pay extra every month to store my stuff at a storage facility. If my rent does go up, I may have to look at alternatives. I feel the rent is enough where it stands considering I have the added expense of the storage locker. The underground parking spaces are very small. If you park next to a larger vehicle it can be tricky, but it can be done. There are also a lot of smokers here. Last summer I was unable to open my windows without my house filling up with smoke. It was horrible. To their defense, they did send a note but it didn't do much. On a cool night, I was unable to open any windows or my patio without my house being filled with smoke.
