I HAVE LIVED IN PLYMOUTH PONDS FOR 1 1/2 YRS. I THOUGHT IT WAS A NICE PLACE TO CALL HOME MY VIEW WAS AMAZING. BUT COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IM NOT SURE WHERE TO START THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE. THEY CHANGE THE RULES BUT DONT ALWAYS FOLLOW THE RULES. THE RENT IS WAY HIGH & IF YOU DONT RENUE YOUR LEASE THEY WILL KEEP RAISING THE RENT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE TO MOVE TO PLYMOUTH PONDS DUE TO THE STAFF BEING SO RUDE & THE RAISING OF THE RENT. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE......... ALSO FOR WHAT I AM PAYING FOR RENT WE SHOULD HAVE A INDOOR POOL, FITNESS CENTER, PARTY ROOM. ALL YOU GET HERE IS A OUTDOOR POOL & UNDERGROUD HEATED SMALL PARKING SPACE. THE ONLY NICE PEOPLE AT PLYMOUTH PONDS ARE THE MATINENCE GUYS......ALSO LET ME INCLUDE MATT HE IS REALLY NICE........

The staff is not rude. I can go into the office and talk to any one of them, laugh with them, bring concerns to them, and so on and so on. I have lived at Plymouth Ponds a year with my son, and the staff has not once been rude to either of us. In fact, they've gone out of their way to be respectful and helpful. If you want respect, you've got to show respect. Maybe this is what is happening here.

I usually do not respond to these postings because I believe that people have a right to their opinion. I also know that when people are angry that they sound off more than the content happy, person does. So the fact that we have 200 apartments and only a few negative comments does not worry me so much. Also many of the previous comments were made about staff that is not currently at Plymouth Ponds any more. However I will say that my staff conducts business with integrity and respect. We follow and enforce the rules set by our great management company, this position is not popular with everyone. Especially those people who may want us to bend or break the rules for them. These apparantly are the people whom are posting here. I understand their position, but, my staff always treats everyone with respect. Our community is a good community where the lease and building rules are followed consistantly. We appreciate all of our present and past residents and we listen as well as value all of their opinions. This is the only way we can grow as a community and continue to provide a great place to live for our residents. I am sorry the last person is disgruntled and I do know the situation and hope to continue to respectfully conduct our future business. Management.

I came in to look at the apt and the staff was rude to me. For some reason they thought i lived their so that make it alright to be rude. Well im assuming those staff people dont work their anymore either.
