Nice Place

Lived @ Plymouth Ponds for about 6 months, in a 1 bedroom, moved out to get a roommate and save some cash. I had nothing against Plymouth Ponds. It was easier for me to get out of my lease then my now roommate. Staff was really nice, even after they found out I would be buying out of my lease. Hallway was really quiet, didn't see anyone in the hallway for about a month. Close walk to Cub Foods, Subway and Qdoba. 1 bedrooms are really big and the best layout I found in all the places I have saw in Plymouth.
Seriously I choose this place because it was the best priced for what you get. Plus you don't have to pay for all the utilities the other places make you pay, like hot water.
A couple minuses. I lived on the third floor and the person below me smoked. If my windows were open it would blow right into the apartment. Also I could here the garage door open every time, even living on the third floor. There are a few staff members that don't like their jobs as much as others. If you get them on a bad day, it might not go good. Talk to Matt and you will be fine.
