We live in a remodel; no issues with things not working. No issues with noise, but we're not home very much. WAY too many rules, regulations and memos from management office. "Housekeeping" inspections twice a year plus about every 6 weeks some sort of maintenance, service or review needs to be done that requires someone to enter our apartment. Very annoying. This was not the case for the first year or so that we lived here. This makes me question what type of people they are renting to if all this monitoring is required. I would recommend only with reservations. Not ready to move only because we don't want the hassle of moving, but exploring alternatives to make a good choice when our lease comes up for renewal.
