Disrespectful staff and management

I would not recommend living here to anyone. Our carpet was not replaced before we moved in and we found dirt and hair (nasty!) from previous tenants all over the apartment at our move in inspection. There is no air conditioning in the hallways, so the building is hot and stuffy in the summer.
As others have stated, the staff is rude and condescending every time we have to visit them in their office, which has been the biggest deciding factor in not renewing our lease. If you ask 3 staff members the same question, you will get 3 different answers. Maintenance scheduling is spotty at best, as management will attempt to get you off of the phone before they give you a time as to when you can expect your repair issue to be resolved.
The bathrooms are tiny, so I highly recommend going inside them when you are looking at the apartment as it's difficult to see just how small they are without going inside and closing the door. You will find that you have to straddle the toilet to get in and out of the door. Horrible design.
The floors are extremely creaky, which is really bad if you have someone living above you. (gotta love 1980's flooring)
The management will tow resident vehicles during times of snow without calling the tenant first, even though residents have identifying stickers in their back windows. Not only that, but they excessively have snow plows come in at unnecessary times when the parking lots are clear.
Don't live here! You WILL regret it.
