People may think that they are getting a good deal by living in this CRAP hole called Regency Pointe Apartments but the truth is when you do finally decide to leave here you wil be fined with outrageous charges for carpet, smoke stains on walls (I do not smoke nor let people smoke in my home and I was charged 75.00 for them to paint my walls), a process I found out from fair housing is something that they need to do everytime a person moves out and they SHOULD NOT charge for that, also make sure you never open your windows because that causes moisture which cause mildew and mold and there for you are charged for the damage of windowsills. After moving out I thought I would get my damage deposit back and come to find out that they in fact thought I owed them 752.13 extra (I was charged 12.15 for finding dust on the runner of my closet door)and that was after they took my 300.00 deposit. So don't waste your money signing another lease because it's not worth it.

i know exactly where your coming from they tried to take our damage deposit also for things that were minute but we took them to court and won everything back except for carpet cleaning fee of a 105.00 which i was not planning on getting anyway how true all the views are

I had the same issue. They tried to blame ME for the rotting window, which took them 2 months to respond to my constant complaining about it.
