there was a domestic murder here. they say buildings are sucure, but all you have to do is climb and you are into the main entry way, no security glass. 4 months to come and fix a simple 2 minute job. office staff gives you the run around on all issues. everything must be put in writing to be dealt with and STILL nothing is dealt with. if you complain too much, personal experience, they will not renew your lease. do not let maintanance in unless you are home, they are theives!

I agree, my apartment window in my spare room has been broken into twice. I advised the office and they did nothing about it. Took 1 month to fix window. Took 11 months for them to fix a fixture that was broken since I moved in. Keep getting blamed for cig butts and dog crap in front of my apart and I don't even smoke. Will be fined the next time they say.
