Do not live here, a murder happened in October, management did nothing about it and was very insensitive. This place is horrible, it is sooo unsafe, no dead bolts on the locks, the dumpsters are in the dark, apartments and cars are constantly being broken into, if maintanence enters your apt, don't leave any money layin around, they steal whatever they can find. This place is track, and no one will tell you, but its filled w/ section 8 renters. It smells terrible, there is mold everywhere, and scarey looking people live here. It is not worth the cheap rent, because when you move out they will come up with enough charges that it will equal the cost of a nice place. Please, save yourself, and do not move here! It is an unsafe, disturbing place to live.

The murder you referring to was most unfortunate. This event could have occurred anywhere. Whether it be luxury or mid range. The events were sad. What you are doing is scare mongering. I have lived in big and small cities and these events know no demographics. As to the handeling of the situation, what the hell do you expect this or any other management to do? There is no accounting for stupidity...it's all around us and your post is the heighth of both stupidity and total ignorance.

I dont't think it is stupid! I would like to know it someone was killed there before I moved in or let my daughter move in. GREAT informitive post, not the one from the first response, which shows much stupidity. Just because they don't care about where they live, other people do!

The murder was a domestic violence case its not like some person that lived there went down the hall and killed their neighbor. No it was a husband that had a little to much to drink and killed his wife in rage before he turned himself in. Like the 1st poster said it could have happened anywhere.
