So I was just browsing Regency Pointe's website and they have their current specials up. I would like you to know those are NO specials. When I lived there I paid 575 for a one bedroom and that was just a year ago. No way there rates went up that high. But besides the rent factor management is poor and no one ever gives you a name. They lie and steal. Will rob you blind with charges you never made in the first place. Only good thing is the indoor pool. Stay away from this run down drug infested trash and feces all over the place apartment.
