I lived at Regency for 4 years and am shocked at the reviews people are writing. The apartments are big and rent is cheap. They have more ammenities than most places in Plymouth. Indoor & outdoor pools, Saunas, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball. The grounds are beautiful and buildings are clean inside. Maintenance was always attentive to my needs and timely. As far as management goes, whenever I had a problem, they addressed it, maybe not always in the timeframe I had wanted, but it was addressed. I lived at Regency when the homicide happened. It was a DOMESTIC. One of the reviewers wrote that they were "not surprised that it happened." That's a comment from a pretty ignorant person, they must not understand what domestic homicide means. It sounds like the people writing the reviews are just venting. Maybe they should contact management and tell them what their beef is. And no, I'm not on the management staff. I'm just shocked that people would use a resource like this website to trash a place. Don't get me wrong, Regency Pointe isn't a Hilton, but it is a great value. i can tell your part of management you liar. who the hell would live here for 4 years. You can already tell this place sucks by more than one person. Face the facts.

You even said in your review that Mgmt didn't respond to your request in a timely manner! Um, FYI- that is there job! A good place to live DOES respond in a timely manner, and other places have a pool.. Oh, and murders or DOMESTICS don't happen just ANYWHERE! Places that have SECURITY don't have this problem.

Yea Regency Pointe has alots of Ammenities. A sauna that had graffiti all over it, tennis courts that have cracks all over and is the same place the basketball court is, indoor pool that has so much clorine in it that you can not breathe, 24 hour gym that anyone walking by can stand outside the window and watch you. And security doors that are always open. Yes they have ammenities but none that I would want from my apartment place.

That is some funny shyt. I have lives here long enough and that is because I am in college and can't afford to move out. Maintence is horrid. People in the office are pricks.. The hallways stink. I have mold growing in my bathroom and THEY TOLD ME IT WAS MY ------- ISSUE! And it is because the people above me let water leak down, toilets over flow and everything. Dont live here unless you want cheap rent
