I moved here this year and have had a good experience so far, nothing like the things I've read below. Maintenance has responded to my requests within a day or two. The people I've talked to in the office have been nice and helpful. Now I'm not saying Regency is comparable to the Hilton or anything, but for an apartment in Plymouth with so many amenities (indoor AND outdoor pool), I think it's a good value here. I'm saving up to buy a house!
