If you are looking for a CRAPPY place- this is it!MANAGEMENT is NEVER AVAILABLE, NOT HELPFUL AND RUDE! MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO AND SLASHED TIRES! MGT DID NOTHING!If there is a problem with the washer or dryer, you have to call Maytag YOURSELF! Mgmt is POOR and they rip you off! They DON'T give you straight answers about questions regarding your lease, and every few weeks someone new works in the office, because they can't keep anyone. I promise you the gutter would be a better place to reside!!!! I had to call 7 times to have a window fixed due to it not being installed properly from ice and snow damage. They kept telling me someone would come and fix it- I called everyday for 3 weeks straight and then when it was finally fixed, they tried to CHARGE ME for it when I moved out!!!!!! REGENCY POINTE SUCKS!

I agree with this person 100%. My experience with Regency pointe was horrible.
