I lived here for unfortunate 3 years! The cops were there ALL the time, the management was ruid and never helped with anything, cars were getting towed all the time, the apartments are trash! I have never lived in a place so disgusting in my life! I murder took place on the floor above me and management was very ruid and insesitive about it. The last 6 months that I lived there, someone was coming in and eating the food in my fridge, using my bathroom and were taking things from my bedroom and then when you move out...They nail with every expense possible so they either keep all your deposit you put down and change you extra if need be! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

First why did you live there for THREE years if you hate it so much? And second what is ruid??? Do you mean rude? I almost don't want to consider this place because there are so many uneducated people here (or as someone else put HEAR)

I agree! Regency Pointe was awful!!! I lived there for less then a year and paid almost $2,000 dollars to break my lease just to GET OUT!! I was also living there when the MURDER took place one building over. Many residents were really upset and Management was completely insensitive about the entire situation. Any time I had any concerns or questions about ANYTHING, (from getting something fixed to an increase in rent) NO ONE could ever answer my questions!!! I had to come back another time, or call at a later date! AWFUL! There was never the same staff person working there, always some new young teen trying4 to make personal phone calls while all of us tenants "interrupted" with rent or maintenance issues. My car was broken into, and my boyfriends tires were slashed in the parking lot along with 4 others. As a matter of fact, when the washer and dryers broke (in a central location for each floor) Mgmt posted a letter stating that if there were any problems with the washer and dryers it was RENTER'S responsibilty to CALL TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED!!! NOW YOU KNOW WHY RENT IS PROBABLY CHEAPER!! NOT WORTH IT!
