I have to post, my wife and I have lived here for a year. We have been nothing but impressed with Regency Pointe. We moved from Parkers Lake Apts just down the road and we had more problems there than here for sure.
I believe management has changed within the last 2 years or so, because our experience has been wonderful. We are on a by name basis with at least three people on staff.
They have been nothing but helpful and prompt when we come up with something needing attention which we could not say with Parkers Lake Apts.
Parking, I can get next to our door 98% of the time.
As far as cleanliness, it is the cleanest apartment complex I have seen around and there is a cleaning person out at least every other day it seems.
The other tenants are great and keep to themselves. I do agree the hallways can be a little loud through the door, but not horrible.
I wanted to post, people were talking some serious trash and apparently some things have changed, cause a lot of those posts are pretty bad, and we have seen nothing like what they are talking about. I think some people woke up on the wrong side of the bed and need to check there attitude or something.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND REGENCY POINTE.

You are entitled to your opinion just as the rest of the other people that post on here. You may have had a good experiance yourself but as you can see others have not. I am one of them. I do not think that you have any right telling other to check thier attitude about this complex. I think it is rude and judgemental. If you are on this site then you should respect others opinions if you want them to respect yours, otherwise you shouldn't post things on these kind of sites.
