I have lived here for one year and I am getting out soon. There are three floors and there is no elevator, not even a service elevator to move in. The garage is far from the building and you pay separately for a garage stall. The garage does not come with a remote. Repairs were not made to my apartment prior to moving in even though they were mentioned and they are still not fixed after one year. The "24 Hour Fitness Room" is not open 24 hours, nor is the laundry room. While showering, it is constantly hot and then cold even during non-peak showering times. The snow removal was very poor. They would leave the snow to pile before it would be removed. When they did come to clear the parking lot, you had to park in the street where there wasn't enough room on the street either. The ceiling leaked 4 times during the year so we had to move our furniture each time to have it fixed. They did not cover our furniture even though we left sheets for them to cover it with. The hallway carpets are filthy. I've never seen or heard them use a vaccuum. They do spray stuff in the hallway so it doesn't smell like dog urine, but the pleasant smell quickly fades away. On a positive note, they have a nice indoor/outdoor pool.
