I lived at Regency Pointe for 12 months and the whole time was awful!! After I signed the lease I was treated horribly because I asked too many questions. I was lied to about the apartment I moved into as well. I was told after I signed the lease that the reason they would not let me preview the apartment was because it was under construction for water damage. Something that by law is suppose to be disclosed to the resident. 3 months into the lease mold was growing in my closet, not only did they leave a huge whole in the wall they sprayed horrible smelling chemicals they gave me migraines. Soon after this was fixed the second bedroom was leaking from the ceiling. This happened another 3 times even after a law suit to get them to fix it. I moved out a month early because the mold in the walls and bugs made me very ill, to the point the when I would stand all I could see was gray for 15 seconds and I had chronic sinus infections. When I told the staff about this and tried to get moved to another apartment they said NO, its your problem! Now regency pointe won t give back my deposit, is demanding last months rent and I will have to take them back to court over all this. The last time the ceiling leaked they just painted over it and told me it was my fault! Can you believe it' If your looking for a hassle and harassment then this is your place! I also had to threaten them with a harassment law suit to get them to leave me alone because they kept demanding I let them into my apartment. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. The hallways smell and the staff is rude and will screw you! You get what you pay for people!

Take them to court and if you can try and find someone else who lived in those apartments to help back your story. Guarenteed if you take them to court they will drop the back rent and other charges,
