I don't see how all these other people are having so many problems. All our neighbors are great, office and maintenance is fine. We had a problem with our a/c, it was replaced within 2 days. Our freezer kept defrosting, they gave us a bigger and newer fridge next day! Great place to have your dogs because there is a huge field they can run at next door. Bedrooms are spacious, although the closet space could be better. Brand new carpet when we moved in. Everyone takes care of each other here and we havent had any problems. NO BREED RESTRICTIONS! If you are looking for a place to relax with your dogs, come here as you won't regret it!

I agree, I don't have any problems with Regency Point either. I think this website attracts people who want to complain but I have no complaints. The rent is reasonable and we face the courtyard which is a pretty area and our neighbors are nice and quiet. I think these complaints are the exception and not the norm.

Ha. I live in building 3. Where is constantly smells of dog urine. The neighbor next to me sells drugs out of his apartment, I know this because I can hear him and his drug deals through the thin walls. I have voiced my concern to the management but they don't do anything. Just yesterday I found out the guy who lives in that apartment is dating one of the girls who works in the office. My lease is up in two months. Thank goodness I am moving away from here. If you want to take the advice of these people stating this is a great place, you can have my apartment!!!

I don't have any problems with my apartment here. It's very clean and comfortable and the management is very quick to fix any problems. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a place near many restaurants, grocery stores.. etc. My neighbors are friendly and never cause any problems. I agree that the complaints about the building are definitely not the norm.

U say these apartments are great to live..That is nonsense. These apartments are so bad and maintainance is worst and staff is also very very rude
