I'm not sure why they are getting these horrible reviews' I have lived here for over a year and I have been very happy. My maintenance issues have always been addressed in a couple of days. The office is very friendly and the manager is very helpful. I do live in the dog building even though I don't have a dog, but that was my choice. That has really been my only issue here. The rents reflect the type of building it is. I only pay $1050 for a 3 bedroom and that includes a garage. I would never be able to find cheaper housing then that in Plymouth! I have never heard any of my neighbors having a party and my building is really very quiet, except the dogs. So I would say overall for the money this place is worth it.

There is a reason your rent is so cheap, it's because it's a poor complex to live in. Yes for the money the place is worth it, but it's also more worth it to pay higher rent and have a decent place to live that will not rip you off when you move out.
