I lived in this apartment for a year and for half of it the neighbor continuously argued with her boyfriend and yell at her child at 11pm at night it would wake me up it was so loud. Like most people are saying it has most section 8 people living there, I was not one of them but I was sure treated like it. When I moved out I made sure that the place was clean I went over it twice and had to pay the building to shampoo the carpets but before they cleaned it they took pictures of the spots that where on the floor and charged me for them, I don't know what they looked like after, if they came out I shouldn't have been charged if they did. They also charged me for the paint peeling away in the tub, how was that my fault when the tub is old and used a lot' Parking was horrible, I sometimes had to park in the visiting area and with kids that is hard to do when they are sleeping. They gave tickets to people who didn't live there it was a warning for them to move but when the office closed and no more tickets where given out, no body cared where they parked even if the tenants had to park a mile away. You will not get your deposit back, you will have to park a mile away and will have crappy neighbors. I do not recommend this place.

I also agree with the review whoever posted here. So please dont go to these apartments. The staff is very rude here and worst of whole Minneapolis area.
