Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We moved in July 2003. We are getting out the end of July 2004. That was too long!!
The staff has turned over three times since we have lived there. Each person has a new policy, so we are constantly being overcharged for things like cable.
They provide shelves outside our apartments so we can "put our groceries on them when we come in." The real reason the shelves are there is so they can leave each resident a nasty memo about twice a month explaining the new policies or telling us to move our cars out of the parking spots we pay $60 a month to park in.
Also, the fire alarm has gone off 8 times since we have lived there. These have all been past midnight, and each time the management tells us they are looking into a solution.
The basement floods when it rains, we lived for a month with a giant hole in the wall in the stairwell and the elevator is frequently broken.
This is new construction, but was definetly not worth what they charged for it.
