Good Overall

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
My husband and I have lived here for one year and are moving out because we are moving out of state, otherwise we would definately renew our lease. We had a great rental deal when we moved in. I love the open lay out of the aparment, and the huge kitchen. The kitchen cabnet are nicer than 99% of the apartments that we looked at in the same price range.
The very few maintence problems that we had were always fixed within a day. We didn't have a huge problem with noise. We could occasionally hear water running from the apartment next door, and the occasional phone ring, but it is definitely 100% better than other apartments I have lived in.
Loved the underground parking. And I was always able to find a spot on the lot for our second car. Granted it wasn't directly in front of the door, but I guess the person who said they had trouble, didn't like to walk at all.
Nice quiet neighborhood. Never had any problems with the management, except they had a mixup when we signed our lease and we had to resign for a different apartment.
The only complaint I have is that we just received a notice about the cleaning that needs to be done before we move and what they charge for certain "fixes." I'm worried that they might be a bit ----, but I guess we won't know for sure until we move out in a month.
Overall, this is great apartment, especially if you can get in on one of their great rental specials. We got $2300 in free rent coupons plus a $1000 voucher for HOM furniture. Can't beat that!
