Biggest housing mistake ever

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
This is nowhere near luxury living. This place is a dump. Things are constantly broken, the office staff is intolerable, and I cna always hear my neighbors clumping around and beating their children. This is the worse place I have ever lived. I am ready to leave and tell them to sue me on my lease. These people are totally incompetent.
