Wow where do I begin' Perhaps it starts with second you move in.
The office staff is clueless and make up the rules as they go along. The apartment as a whole is nice, but the people in it are "FOR THE MOST PART" trailer. They will let anybody in this place. There is no parking unless you are willing to walk, the maintenance staff is great but again they get their information from the clowns in the office so what do you expect'

Security doors are always open, There was mustard on the walls in the hall for nearly 2 weeks! This my friends is what people do when they are upset. When the management screws people, then people don't care about their surroundings, or take it out on the building.

The situation has gone from bad to worse in the last 6 months. Fire alarms in the middle of the night, petty charges up the A@@ for things like "a working dishwasher"'

WTF' Do your self a favor, read the other peoples stories and look at their track record. Ask the other people in the building before you sign a lease.
