Hi,
Myself & my husband moved into these apts 7 months back and the experience was really good. to somment on the apts they are really good the carpets look very much new and the maintainance around the apts is really good they showel the snow as soon as there is a snow fall and they maintain the outdoors of the apt really clean.... then u hav the comfort of washer/Dryer in apt and the staff are really nice people who address the problem immediately and on time. They have heated garages with assigned parking which really is a releif in a place like Minneapolis where its cold and snow fall is very often. Over all our experience here was very satisfactory and I would recommend these apts....
