Great Management/Paper Thin Walls

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We had to call the police over 5 times due to noisy neighbors in the 6 months we lived there. When we were sitting on the toilet we could here conversations plain as day in the apartment next to us. They were not even talking loud but because the walls are so poorly constructed we could here everything. If you want a nice looking place to live and can sleep thru a lot of noises then get this place. However, if you like your peace and quite DO NOT rent this place.
People that rent need to remember that they are not living in a single-family home, they are in an apartment. That means NO subwoofers.
