I am a current tenant and have NOT even been here for one month and already, I feel as though I am living with MULTIPLE people. I understand that an apartment comes with everything such as noisy and obnoxious neighbors but not this bad. I have just tried to file a complaint with the leasing office and I was given NO productive solution to correcting my complaint. The stomping above us has lead me to reply back with pounding on the ceiling. The neighbors have NO adult in the apartment and they are three young teens living on their own in a ONE bedroom apartment. They are inconsiderate and loud and obviously do not follow the lease agreement. I know it is not the apartment's fault for the neighbors but I feel they have DUTY to correct it. I have already called the cops and they came out to control it because the management is incompetent of doing so or even attempting at it! Parking is an issue because it is on a first come first serve basis. Our leasing agent is clueless most of the time and doesn't know the answer to most questions. There are multiple cars that belong to people that don't even live there or aren't on the lease.

Aside from all of those bad traits, the building itself is very well kept and clean. Shadow Hills should be more picky when choosing their tenants that way there wouldn't be such unhappy tenants! I'm looking for something else as soon as my lease ends...and sadly, that is another year from now.

Wow that irresponsible behavior of your upstairs neighbors sounds very disturbing...you might want to try calling the police if it happens after 10 PM. Plymouth is very strick about noise complaints and if they give a warning or ticket and the management company does not take action after the 3 complaint about the same apartmsent they can loose their rental license. This is one way you can help do something about this rude behavior...good luck.
