At a glance this seems like a great place to live-underground parking, pool, gym, laundry in the apartment, a little expensive but seems to be worth it. Wrong-I had so many problems while living here for a year-from the toilet overflowing to kids running around the building at 3 in the morning during the week, to the garage door being stuck open multiple times (meaning anyone could just walk into the building). I also had to have my screen door unstuck about 5 times over the course of the year. Probably the worst thing though was the trash room-there is a small room with a trash chute on every floor. Apparently I was living with some of the laziest people on the planet, because almost every time I went to throw my trash down the cute, there were trash bags lying all over the room...apparently it is too much work to open a chute and drop the bag inside. One time I went in there and someone had moved and just left all of their furniture in the room-it was a maze just to get to the chute. I moved out almost 3 months ago and I am STILL dealing with crap-I called and cancelled all my services with Centerpoint and Xcel and whatnot and got a bill from Centerpoint yesterday saying money was still being taken out of my account. I called Centerpoint; they told me they had no record of the cancellation and that someone from the apartment staff needed to call and take responsibility for the months after I had moved out and no one had moved in. I called the office staff and was told I had to call Centerpoint back and talk to a supervisor...are you kidding me'' Oh and if you are a single lady I wouldn't recommend laying by the pool unless you want to get oogled by the maintenance and office staff. Sooo not worth the money.
