Currently living here/Great apartment layout/Great space/Great closets/HORRIBLY STUPID STAFF !
There is a weak link someplace in their office. The weak link must be at the top (Mgr)because she doesn't see or do anything about the stupid people on the staff. They work together in a very small area yet nobody communicates.
Recently the property was sold and I can only image the property will go down hill. The big thing they just did was change the lights in the hallways to brighter bulbs-looks like a landing strip or tanning booth. Open your door and you have to adjust your eyes before proceeding down the hall.
Passive aggresive' You betcha (true MN). Nobody on staff will look you directly in the eye and tell you the truth.....they really want to appear friendly, but all the while are thinking "get out of here you dumb resident".
If this apartment were for sale I would buy it-mostly becuase that would mean no more of this staff ruining a great property.

You sound like you are affraid of change. Maybe you should give them a chance and not be so negative. I have been through a management change before and there is a lot more that goes into than you would think!! So, maybe you should have some patients and understanding.
