I moved in at the beginning of August and I love it. The apartments are pretty new (five years old or so) which means you have nice updated apartments with light colored wood and very open kitchens. My kitchen is HUGE for an apartment and it opens right into the living area making it seem larger than it is. Tons of cupboards and a nice long bar. I also enjoy the large walk-in closet and the in-unit washer and dryer. Of course, I also have to mention how much I love the underground parking. It's safe and secure and it's so nice to come home from a long day's work and know you've got your assigned spot waiting for you. I've also been pleasantly surprised at how quiet the building is. For the most part, residents are friendly and try to be quiet and respectful of their neighbors. The nice thing is since the apartments are in Plymouth you can always call the Plymouth Police Dept. if you need to (I never have), but Plymouth has strict regulations and I think they enforce them well. My one concern moving in was the DIRECTV that comes with the apartments. I had heard the horror stories about satellite t.v going out during the rain and stuff. Well, that's not true. My picture went out once for about fifteen minutes and that was during a huge rainstorm, other than that it's been great. I do wish we'd get more HI-DEF channels though. We only get a few, even though DIRECTV has a lot of HD channels. Apparently, the apartment complex has to change a lot of wiring for that to happen. I'm not sure that will happen anytime soon. The DIRECTV is a great bargain too. I pay very little for my upgraded service and with the free High speed internet I'm saving a lot of money on those items. We did have a recent change in the management company. I hope that doesn't mean less quality. Like the previous post said, they did change the hallway bulbs and now they are VERY bright. I didn't really like that. Oh well, if that's my biggest complaint that's saying a lot. The rent is kind of pricey, but it's right in line with most places in Plymouth and I think we get more than other complexes. There was another place I looked at in Plymouth. The rent was the same, but it was older, darker, and the hallways smelled, so I think this place is great. I definitely recommend it! Pardon my username, that was for a previous place I lived in and wrote a review for. It has nothing to do with this place.

FYI: Now the cable and the internet cost around $50.00/ month for basic channels.
