Worst rental experience I have ever had. Not worth the money. Horrible customer service, front desk management as rude as it gets. Pay off scam with Frankie's Towing company, apartment has cars towed for no reason and sticks you with a $600 bill or tries to keep your car. Dirty hallways and elevators, kids always running in hallways at all hours. Also if you have small children or pets BEWARE of the big picture windows safety latch is not up to code, a small plastic window stopper is all that holds window in place. If this plastic window stopper breaks the entire window panel falls out. Major injury to a pet occurred and apartment replaced the window latch with the same plastic stopper. Window fell out and severely injured my cat and needed surgery and will have problems for life with her knee, apartment only filled out a complaint with me. They did not pay for any vet bills or ask if my cat was o.k.
