The high-end apts (limited to a few) are really nice. When I asked what kind of people rented there, I was told "professional bus people" like me. When I moved into the apt it was full of section 42 renters (approx 33%) who trash the nice grounds and leave a "gangi marijuana" smell in the nicely decorated hallways. The management when from ave to lousy while I lived there. The current manager doesn't know what she is doing and may be a little insane if you ask me. Make sure you read your contract carefully and make sure they sign and put in clauses for these they (apt mgmt) say they will do, otherwise forget it!! Make them give you three months free rent, even though they say they can only offer two months free on a year lease. Believe me, they will give in. They have the finance bank after them!!
