Guess it depends where you live in the building and how lucky you are. We moved in a couple months ago and LOVE the place. Beautiful apartments, which are immaculately appointed. Our apt is very quiet and I've never seen dog doo anywhere. Office staff IS very flaky and rarely there when they say they'll be. The one very good guy in there is leaving in a month, so we'll see what happens. They're starting a resident council, which might be nice.
True that about 1/3 of the building is low-income housing, but that alone shouldn't mean anything. I love some things, I wish others were different...I don't HATE anything about the place. We're MUCH happier here than we were in our last place, which was also upscale.
