Excellent location, nice building, hallways too warm & don't smell too good

Location is almost perfect. There are many nice tenants, however, watch out for the large number of rude tenants and section 42 apartments. Apartments are on the small size, and storage space is almost non-existant. Excellent view in back of complex, lots of ducks, geese, etc. Noise can be a problem both from upstairs neighbors with heavy feet or kids, and from the hallways, as some apartments have large gaps under the front doors. Noise from next door neighbors is almost non-existant. New staff has improved things dramatically, hallways and grounds are kept up very well.
