The best thing about this apartment is the attractive decorating in the hallways. However, since a Section 42 resident set off the spinklers on the 2nd floor last summer, the wallpaper has been peeling off in the areas that were soaked and never properly dried or fixed. If you live on the 1st or 2nd floor, you will hear your upstairs neighbors' every step. It is loud enough to keep me up at night. The managment is PATHETIC. They do NOT return messages, are NOT on-call when needed, require several requests to get things done, and the property is simply not maintained. Trash is always flowing over the dumpster, causing a bad stench in the garage, elevator, and halls. In the past year, the water heater broke TWICE, meaning cold showers for the whole building. Then the manager sent out a letter asking all residents to shower less frequently, or at abnormal times while we waited for them to fix it. I can't deny that the decor of the building is nice (that's why I moved in) but the staff and most of the neighbors are completely oblivious to those around them (that's why I'm moving out). k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
