I am so sorry I signed a year lease, because now I am stuck here!

I would describe the staff is rude and nosy, at best. Even if I do submit multiple maintenance requests, I have found the staff to be unresponsive and defensive. For example, when I moved in, they had forgotten to clean my apartment. Then, when I asked for replacement carpet due to all the pet hair and stains, managements response was, we didn't charge a pet deposit, so we can't afford to replace the carpet. Another example of their great service is the water heater situation...for the record the water heater has now stopped working for the third time in the last 9 months. I love cold showers.

I live on the first floor and can hear every step above me as well as everyone walking past my door. People let their children and pets run loose, like the building is some sort of playground. The building is advertised as secure, but I can hardly see how that is possible as the secure doors are propped open 24/7. The so-called gym leaves much to be desired-for instance a TV with sound and equipment that is not broken. The spa is full of dirty water and has a cover on it that cannot be lifted by one person. The stench inside and out is repulsive.

I also find it interesting and somewhat funny that the management has time to post messages out here in order to boost their ratings and warn potential residents of rival properties. If rival properties were posting the messages with poor ratings, the messages would not contain exact descriptions of the terrible service and poor value of this property. Stone Creek management needs to get back to work and fix their problems rather blaming them on "rival properties." The management is so delirious they probably do think it is a great place to live. In my opinion, Stone Creek at Medicine Lake is excessively priced for the standard of living. The decor is great, but do not let that fool you...
