After living here for a year, we let everyone in the office know that we were moving out. We attached our letter stating that we were moving out on such and such day with our rent check 60 days prior to moving. They lost the note and told us they knew we were moving out on that day and to just rewrite the note, which we did. Fast forward 2 years later... They want us to pay for 1 month rent, utilities, and they aren't refunding our deposit! The on-staff management agrees that we did submit the leave, however the corporate office is stating that we didn't. They will not help you. They are rude and are more then willing to make your life hell when you try to leave. We refered several of our friends there while we were living there and just about all of them have been screwed over in some way shape or form. If you value your time and patience... don't live here!
