I lived at Stonehill for a year and am moving back this June after being away for 1.5 years. I have nothing but good things to say about it. The management staff is helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is very prompt and does quality work.The rates are reasonable and I didn't have to part with my two cats or pay a monthly deposit to have them with me. The amenities were a selling point for me. It is so nice to be able to do laundry without any competition or need to have a supply quarters. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is very convenient. There also are party rooms and a movie room. These are the ammenities I've used, but they have others.
