I've lived here for several months and would definitely recommend this place to others. I feel that the benefits truly outweigh any negative aspects.

Benefits:
-Washer/Dryer in every unit
-Maintenance staff has 24 hr level of service
-Exercise room is small but clean
-Underground heated parking for one car per apartment
-Express bus to downtown Minneapolis stops right outside building

Negatives:
-The office staff never seem to communicate with one another and never seem to know what's going on, with the exception of a few people. They also seem to be extremely disorganized.
-It can get noisy at times. In the summer, loud people are out on their balconies and little kids run around the hallways. While I don't hear anything from my neighboring apartments, it sounds like a herd of elephants upstairs at all hours of the day.
-I can hear everything that happens in the other bedroom of my 2 bedroom through the vents

Overall, great place to live!
