We've been living here for about 8 months.. so far it's been great.

Parking: Parking is usually very good, (underground garage is nice with one spot per apartment, can be placed on a waiting list for a second) but on the weekends the outdoor lots can get pretty full. Not once has there been a time where we are unable to find a spot, however.

Noise: The only noise we've had to deal with is our upstairs neighbor's floor being very creaky. Got used to it fairly quickly tho..

Grounds: Very nice, they just re-painted parts of the building and did some landscaping improvements this summer. It's a gorgeous walk around the back of the complex.

Safety: No issues so far.

Maintenance and Staff: Very nice to work with. So far any maintenance issues have been addressed within an hour or two. The staff treat you like you are the priority, and like another reviewer mentioned, they have a "Yes is the answer, what's the question" mentality.

Overall: A big plus for us is the washer and dryer in our apartment; the non-white walls in our apartment make it feel warm; the balconies are decent-sized, most people are quiet and respectful.. all in all, we highly recommend this place for someone who wants a safe, quiet, well-kept place to live.
