Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
This is a brand new place, but you would never know that after living here for a few days. Air conditioners either do not work or are so loud you can barely sleep. There is no monitoring of the pool--anyone in the neighborhood can get it in. People can have barking dogs and nothing is done about it.
